Chakra, an AI Therapist
An AI therapist for internet addiction, built with a friend. Chakra used browsing history to gauge how deep someone's addiction ran, then worked through it using CBT techniques, with GPT on the back end and ElevenLabs voice so a session felt like a real conversation. We validated demand with a landing page and Google Ads, and shut it down when customer acquisition costs passed the $50 threshold we'd set in two markets.

MedPal.ai
Invited to co-found MedPal.ai around my graduation, alongside a neurosurgeon from Imperial College London and a serial entrepreneur with over ten ventures. As VP of Product I shaped the product, a wearable data insights app, from the ground up: the technology stack, first UI wireframes in Figma, branding, market analysis, and core systems in Notion. The venture didn't reach launch, but it was a firsthand education in the pace and challenges of health-tech innovation.

The Metaverse Doctor
While experimenting with VR on the Quest 2, I guided a friend through diagnostic tests for wrist pain using finger tracking, which revealed the potential of VR for remote consultations. That inspired The Metaverse Doctor: a VR avatar, custom 3D environments and recorded sessions exploring how healthcare could exist in immersive spaces. It confirmed that people prefer human faces in content, and was an invaluable exploration of VR, content creation and digital health.

Refined Creators
A collaborative project bringing together educational creators from qualified backgrounds. I built a website with member profiles, life timelines and social links, automated it with Notion so a member's site generated instantly, and ran weekly meetings to support collaboration and credibility. Paused to focus on my own brand, but it gave me hands-on experience in recruitment, interviews and community building.
